“I truly can not recommend Kat Dawson Yoga enough. When I first met Kat, by chance as she was subbing for a yoga class I took regularly, I was immediately drawn in by her infectious energy. It is nearly impossible to be in a bad mood when you are around Kat. Her classes are challenging but also nurturing. You will leave sweating but also feeling lighter. I always end her classes feeling 10x better than I had before class. Kat really gets to know her students and it is so obvious how genuinely she cares for everyone. She takes time to get to know you personally as well as getting to know your practice by providing tips and corrections that are suited to your understanding and body. I consider myself lucky to call Kat a yoga teacher, role model, and friend. If you are looking for a dynamic down to earth yoga teacher who will challenge you and celebrate every little victory with you along the way Kat is your girl. “Kat is the real deal! She's amazing at what she does, she welcomes yogis at any level and inspires you to get better while helping you every step of the way! My practice has benefited greatly from each and every class that I attend. She's authentic yet playful in teaching this practice, ensuring you get what YOU need with the time spent on your mat. She sits back and asks how you feel before a class to gauge what muscles to focus on so that you end up restored and recharged after your flow. She is incredible, even virtually she stops to pause and make sure you get to the proper alignment and technique. If you repeat a class with her she'll try to let you advance what you have previously learned and coach you through your flow with positivity. At the end of each class, she re-centers us with quotes that are truthful, empowering, insightful, and daring. I can say with confidence that I've never had a yoga class with Kat that I didn't feel better about myself and my abilities! Kat truly does want the best for you and the greater yoga community. I cannot recommend her enough, if you're starting yoga for the first time or jumping back into your practice - give her class a go, I promise you won't regret it!”
